A path, not a catalog
We assess, lead, build and leave the capability inside your team. The fractional CTO spans the whole path and changes intensity as your team grows.
Stage 01 · Assess
Digital Maturity Assessment
Where you stand today, and the Blueprint for where you could be.

// After the assessment
Two paths, same destination
Hand the whole Blueprint to your fractional CTO
Lead, build and graduate with one owner of the roadmap, start to finish.
Start with a single block
Pick the result you need most. When you are ready, move on to the next one. Both paths end in the same place.

Stages 02 to 04 · Lead
Fractional CTO: the leader of the whole path
One leader owns the Blueprint and governs all of your digital technology. Leads at first, then steps back once your team can run things.
Initiative
A leader who owns your biggest technology decision
Owns one big, time-bound decision: an ERP selection, a new platform or a migration.
Leadership
A technology leader at your table, without a full-time hire
Decides, governs and answers for results: strategy, vendors, budget, security, AI policy and developing your team.
Oversight
Your team runs the technology. We stay at the table
Quarterly roadmap reviews, architecture and quality reviews of what your team ships, governance as AI models and regulations change, and a senior voice for the big decisions.
Stabilization
Immediate cover when you lose your IT leader
We step in immediately, stabilize operations and leave a 90-day transition plan so the company depends on no single person.
Stage 03 · Build
Building blocks, in maturity-ladder order
Each block is an outcome of executing your Blueprint: done for you first, then with you. AI Enablement is the fastest visible win after the assessment.
01
Cloud Foundation
A secure, governed foundation, in your own account
Landing zone and governance in your own cloud account: identity, networking, cost and security set up right from day one.
The base for everything02
AI Enablement
Put the AI seats you already bought to work for the business
An onboarding sprint on your organizational AI account: org settings, a usage policy (what data may go in), projects for real roles and connectors to your tools.
Any level · quick win from L003
Verified Integrations
Your systems connected, tested and yours
Integrations generated from contracts, tested against those contracts and monitored. They run in your own cloud account, and you own the code.
L1 to L304
Agent-Ready Platforms
Systems AI can operate, safely
Systems with an identity for every agent, scoped grants and approval gates. For digitally native companies, it is a design principle from day one.

// FAQ
What people usually ask us
Why is the assessment paid?
Because it is real work: two weeks analyzing your systems, data and processes, and a Blueprint that stays yours whether or not we keep working together.
Do I need organizational AI already in place?
It isn't required. It works best if you have it or are about to buy it, but the assessment works from any starting point.
Where does what you build live?
In your own cloud account and your repositories. You own the code and the infrastructure from day one.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Your team runs the technology. If you want, we stay at the table with Fractional CTO — Oversight: quarterly reviews and a senior voice for the big decisions.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes. We work and deliver in both languages, across Canada, the US and Mexico.
