By accessing or using any software, integrations, or services provided by Monarca Digital ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Monarca Digital provides software integrations and AI-powered tools, including the News Agent integration for Notion. Our services allow users to organize, save, and manage information within their own accounts on supported platforms.
3. Permitted Use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software, or use the services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our services integrate with third-party platforms such as Notion and Readwise. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and materials provided by Monarca Digital are the intellectual property of Monarca Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarca Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
